It had been a while since I had raced my pit bike competitively but I was back in the area where I grew up cheering on my wife in her first race so I decided to race the pit bike class, just for fun. Unfortunatly only 4 bikes showed up, Two Pitsters (X4 and LXR) and one KLX, so lets say I was a bit out classed on my 2005 SSR C4 "partster" 10 inch bike. Add to the fact that we were running the entire course with the mini open riders, which the Open Outlaw/450 "A" riders were turning 2:30 minute lap times. Long story short it was a looong race for us pitbikers. I had a hell of a lot of fun even knowing I was going to be dead last the moment the gate dropped. I am really sore today.

Good pics Prince: Brings back old memeries of TT racing we did in the 60's.Basicly a oval track with a right hand turn.We didn't have the race day equipment that ya'll have. Sure had fun!

This is nothing like TT racing. This is a full on motocross track. Although with my pit bike I feel like I just rode a vintage motocross race.

Haha that is great! A pit bike would be fun to mess around on a track like that

I tell you this track is alot of fun on something like this

Basically the ATV version of a pit bike. Drop a 150cc YX engine in there and have even more fun.

I want to get one of these things! They look so sweet, and fun to ride and just stunt around.

The shop I work at used to be a dealer for those until they went out of business.
