Prince,thanks for the recipe! I never thought about ginger...I love fried combination rice( pork,shrimp,rat,squirrel,armadillo ,gopher,cat,and dog),but our china restaurant has a new cook and it aint the same...

There was a guy in my hometown,during WW2,that made "Hot Tamales" with neighborhood cats.A meat ration was in place,and he substituted with cat meat.This was a story my mom told me,when I asked about the war.Viet Nam has long held dog meat in a high esteem,as well as monkey meat.How did I get on this subject? BTW don't take your cute "PUG" to the Olympics,he may end up in your won ton soup.
