Just wondering what a mpg ball park figure for a 2008 Grizzly 450 auto.4x4 might be?

No one can really say since no one does research or testing to determine fuel mileage for atvs. With that being said if you ride conservative expect about 50-100 miles out of a tank but thats just a ballpark figure.

why all of a sudden are people concerned about the feul economy of a toy??
if you want fuel economy go get a little vespa scooter or something.

but the best thing to do is fill your tank and if your machine has an odo. or get a gps and just ride it like you normally would and see how many miles you get off a tank excluding reserve. but if your trying to figure out har far you can get on a tank if your planning a long trip i have seen flat tanks that go on the front or rear cargo rack you can use that as a back up

As I mentioned in the start of this thread, people will start using this litmus test in the buying of their ATVs. You want something that gives you the most bang for your buck, or allows you the most riding time for the fewest of your bucks. He could of asked about fuel economy for a bigbore like the Brute Force 750, but was thinking rather that smaller is better, at this current fuel price time.
