ok, I had a request for one of my recipes.
Caspers Tater soup
8 pounds of potatoes
1 and 1/2 onions Julian
1/2 a clove of fresh garlic
put water in till its over 2 to 3 inches above the potatoes, boil till just before the potatoes are done. Add
2 cans of of caned milk
1 cup of butter
4 pounds of shredded chezz ( any kind works, I like pepper jack and mixed chezz)
1 pound of cooked bacon ( I use apple hickory smoked) chopped up
add pepper to taste (garlic pepper)
stir until all are blended together now here is the most important part add to thicken Intante potatoes until desired thickness.
Will serve about 10 people are less and you will not have any left overs and be told you should have made more. I make this for big groups and every one injoys it.
