My friends wife was sitting on the back of a Big Bear,when her grand son (Who was sitting in front of her) thumbed the gas and ran into a barb wire cattle fence,the barb caught her in the neck,and ripped the artery inher neck.Her husband,who had just got off the vehicle ,had to hold a compression on the wound until the air ambulance came and took her to the ER.She would have died if he had left earlier.
