Since it has been so long in getting an oil change, I would take it to the Honda dealer for the service. It may be a little costly, but being neglected that long may need the additional checking that the dealership mechanics can make. You want longevity from your Honda, as well as good operation.

blaster250cr,
Do you still have the owners manual for the machine? If so, review the section on "Maintenance", specifically "oil changing". If you follow that, you should be OK. It will also suggest the type and quantity of oil to use. If a filter is needed, the amount of oil will increase by a small amount.
Do not overtighten any of the plugs or items that you have to remove. Use a torque wrench and follow the specifications a called out in the manual.
Good Luck.

Bah! All this extra info. All you do is just change the oil and the filter. Then change it again after a few hours of ride time and you are good.
