KingQuad 300 4x4 that is, it's a 99' with 500 miles, really good condition. For much how much you say? $1,000? $2,000? $5,000? EVEN MORE?!?! Nope... $400
It was our in the rain so it has water in the air box, no water in engine, oil is perfect.

Okay...I'm gonna tell you right now Comrad. DO NOT TRY TO JUMP THAT MOFOCKA! It weighs 604 pounds dry. Thats 2 pounds more than a King Quad 700, with half the suspension. When it lands a jump, it is as if there is no suspension. I saw NHKINGQUAD jump his off a 1 foot burm once. He lande it perfectly, stopped, and slumped over his handlebars, writhing in pain. I thought he was exaggerating, and tried it myself. OMFG THAT HURT!!!
Those things are built like bricks, and land like a ton of bricks.

Comrad, I have owned 2 King Quad 300's and Believe it to be the best 4x4 ever built as of now. It has 15 forward speeds, and three reverse.I put a big set of super swampers on it,and went werever I wanted to.The pres. of our hunting camp has had one for 14 yrs(one of the first built) and run the oil out of it,and still couldn't kill it! The U.S. Navy used them on shore patrol duty as well.I wish that Suzuki had built a 700 like it in stead of the cvc tranny.Suzyki prods are hard to beat. The Suzuki Samarai is an awesome fourwheeler as well.

The King Quad 300 has to be one of the most rock solid ATVs ever produced. While not what one would call a "spirited performer", where quickness is concerned, its pretty hard to stop one. Just how rugged are they? Look at the size difference between the two, factor in the difference in engine size, then try to comprehend how the 300 can weigh in at two pounds more than the King Quad 700. I'll tell you how. The thing is waaaaaay overbuilt, if there is such a thing when it comes to utility quads. Everything is massively built.

I believe the King 300 was also the first quad to implement switchable differential lock and IRS as well. It was very innovative, and way ahead of its time.
NHKINGQUAD owned one for ten years, and plowed a 350 foot driveway with it all ten seasons. The thing never flinched. I only had to tow him home once, and that was due to him forgetting to top off the fuel tank before the ride.

Cleaned the carb, had some trouble starting it, got over that and had trouble revving it, turned out I was missing a tube from one part of the carb to another. Put it in and it works perfectly. I drove it around a bit, heh, this thing is nice.

Comrad, I have another hunting friend that made a set of tractor wheels and tires to fit the"Quad",and that booger would make tracks where not many could follow.River mfront mud is very hard to overcome, but the 300 took it in stride. They were built like a tank. I think he used the rear set of a Cub tractor or such as the new wheels.
