I have to ad something to add to my original post.
I was wondering how many of you have your own wells for drinking water or have water rights that have been in your family for years? There is currently a bill in Washington to have ALL the water rights turned over to the Federal Govt. EVERYONE will have to pay for the water that they use even if they have had water rights in their family for years. You want water? Go ask the Govt if you can have some.
The top four people in our government are Obama, Biden, Pelosi, and Clinton. In that order. I don't know about you but that scares the Hell out of me.
The talk earlier about an assassination brings up a couple concerns. It will start a civil war between the races. It will put another Socialist pig into office. I guess we are going to have to weather the storm and hope there is not too much damage when it clears.

Holy******I should check in here more often. Actually a discussion worth reading.
I did not vote for Obama. He has done a terrible job and is leading the U.S.A. into self destruction. Here is why.
-In his first 100 days in office he has spent more money than the last four years of Bush.
-He has signed a Presidential decree (I think that is what they call it) that will give $20.3 Million to allow Hamas members to come to the U.S. and live.
-He is going to release ALL of the Gitmo detainees into the U.S.
-He wants ALL weapons to be registered with the Government.
-Ammo will be taxed so heavily that nobody will be able to afford it. Already in K.C. a box of 380 ammo is $50.
I can list more but would take too long.

Bear Control
A man wakes up one morning in Utah to find a bear on
his roof. He looks in the yellow pages and finds an ad for "Bear
Removers." He calls the number and the bear remover says he
will be over in 30 minutes.
The bear remover arrives and opens his van. In the van he
has a cage, a ladder, a baseball bat, a shotgun, and a mean old pit
bull. The home owner asks "What are you going to do?" "I'm
going to put this ladder up against the roof. Then I'm going to go up
there and knock the bear off the roof with this baseball bat. When the bear falls to the ground the pit bull is trained to grab his testicles and hang on. The bear will then be subdued enough for me to put him in the cage in the van."
The bear remover hands the shotgun to the homeowner.
"What's the shot-gun for?" asks the homeowner.
He replies, "If the bear knocks me off the roof,
shoot the dog."

Obama has taken more vacation in his first 30 days than President Bush did ALL of last year. Gotta love a President who works for the country. I seen on a couple of the news networks where Obama's approval rating in his first month went from 78% down to 66%.
Since he has taken us into Socialism in 30 days I can't wait to see what happens by the end of his first term. Communism????

Are you ready for the House Bill titled 'HR 45, Blair Holt Licensing and Record Act of 2009'. It will make it illegal to own a firearm unless it is registered with the database in Washington D.C.. As a gun owner you will have to be finger printed, you will be required to provide your DL#, SS#, you must maintain a valid address at all times, submit to mental amd physical health records being put on file, you will also be required to file any address changes and any ownership changes even if private sale. Each update will cost $25 and if you fail to comply you will lose your right to own firearms. This bill and its language mirror almost completely one defeated last year in the House of Representatives by soon to be Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Will the citizenry be as lucky this time?
Pass this on to everyone who believes in strict Constitutionalism and remember that laws only apply to those who obey them. Criminals by definition and nature do not abide by laws. New laws and restrictions only apply to the law abiding citizen and are not written with the criminal in mind. With guns, it is not about having laws on the books to prosecute individuals, it is about taking guns away from the people so that no one has them in the first place. One last item to note, when assuming power and creating a facist state, Hitler was a proponent of strong gun laws because a disarmed populace was much easier to control than an armed one. The kings of old also outlawed weapons of any kind in any region that they conquered to quell the ability of the citizens to uprise against them.
The Founding Fathers of this nation understood all of the above and because of this they included the second amendment in the constitution. In fact, they knew that at some point in every society's life span that the need for the population to arise came about. To this end they made they right to keep and bear arms against a tyrannical state an absolute right that could not be revoked. They did this because the first thing tyrants and despots do is to remove a populations right to defend themselves. When this is done the tyrants have no problem with the destruction of society as we know it.

Blair Holt's Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009 - Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit a person from possessing a firearm unless that person has been issued a firearm license under this Act or a state system certified under this Act and such license has not been invalidated or revoked. Prescribes license application, issuance, and renewal requirements..
Prohibits transferring or receiving a qualifying firearm unless the recipient presents a valid firearms license, the license is verified, and the dealer records a tracking authorization number. Prescribes firearms transfer reporting and record keeping requirements. Directs the Attorney General to establish and maintain a federal record of sale system.
Prohibits: (1) transferring a firearm to any person other than a licensee, unless the transfer is processed through a licensed dealer in accordance with national instant criminal background check system requirements, with exceptions; (2) a licensed manufacturer or dealer from failing to comply with reporting and record keeping requirements of this Act; (3) failing to report the loss or theft of the firearm to the Attorney General within 72 hours; (4) failing to report to the Attorney General an address change within 60 days; or (5) keeping a loaded firearm, or an unloaded firearm and ammunition for the firearm, knowingly or recklessly disregarding the risk that a child is capable of gaining access, if a child uses the firearm and causes death or serious bodily injury.
Prescribes criminal penalties for violations of firearms provisions covered by this Act.
Directs the Attorney General to: (1) establish and maintain a firearm injury information clearinghouse; (2) conduct continuing studies and investigations of firearm-related deaths and injuries; and (3) collect and maintain current production and sales figures of each licensed manufacturer.
Authorizes the Attorney General to certify state firearm licensing or record of sale systems. I received this by e-mail today and was wondering if anyone else is aware of it.

Medical students
Two medical students were walking along the street when they saw an old man walking with his legs spread apart. He was stiff legged and walking slowly. One of the students said to his friend, 'I'm sure the poor old man has Petry Syndrome. Those people walk just like that.'
The other student said, 'No, I don't think so. The old man surely has Zovitzki Syndrome. He walks slowly and his legs are apart just as we learned in class.' Since they couldn't agree they decided to ask the old man. They approached him and one of the students said to him,
'We're medical students and couldn't help but notice the way you walk, but we couldn't agree on the syndrome you might have. Could you tell us what it is?' The old man said, 'I'll tell20you, but first you must tell me what you two fine medical students think.' One of the students said, 'I think it's Petry Syndrome.'
